So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. 自我介绍大学篇1

首先说面试的准备环节，我参加了港大3月在北大进行的自主招生面试，当初面试是两个外国考官，并且没有让我们自我介绍，还出了一个比较“大”的问题：“谈一谈中国文化”。因为那次面试，选报的专业也许并不太适合自己，加上对港大面试考察的侧重点把握有偏差，有些错误地将面试理解为口语考试。两个老师也没有按照常规程序出牌，所以那一次我并没有得到加分。这也是我后面参加北外培训班，明晰面试要求的重要原因。

这里想特别强调的是，专业的选择十分重要，虽然港大最后会问是否服从分配，但是如果自己选择了符合自己能力性格和爱好的专业，会使自己明确不少，而且也会使得录取的几率得到很大的提高。第一次我报的志愿有BJ(新闻) BA(LS)(园林景观设计)以及IBGM（环球管理），前两个是我所喜欢的，后一个是随大流即所谓的经济金融热而报的。但现在回想其实有些不明智和轻率，首先是听说环球管理一年只招两个大陆本科生，第二是：在第二次面试的时候我们的BENG（工程）院系面试教授说：“大陆学生对经济金融十分热衷，所以这些学院都是很难申请的了！”。这句话据我的理解就是，其实港大方面已经知道了大陆生的这种偏向，而且肯定不欢迎不分青红皂白就一股脑儿冲向金融，所以如果不是具有绝对实力或者真正的兴趣爱好，请不要只因为别人说“金融有钱”或者“妈妈喜欢我读”这些原因而去报，因为如果有二面的话，校方会问起你选择的理由，不是真心喜欢既会露出破绽还不利于录取。在高考后的面试之前的一段时间，我多次修改专业，最后改成了：BA(LS)、BA(AS)、 BSS即为园林景观设计文学士，建筑学文学士，社会科学学士。这三个都是我非常有兴趣的。

浙江高考三天结束之后，6月10日我马上奔赴北京，抛下对答案等各项事情全身心投入港大面试的准备之中。11日至17日一共七天的培训，北京同学占多数，班上也有三之一左右来自外地，如天津、山东、湖北、重庆、四川等地。上午班从8点半到12点半，中间只有一次休息，大家都很认真。

我这里想说自己最深切的体会是，口音不重要（当然好了会留下好印象），积极的语调，敢于发言的态度是非常吸引人的（当然不是当面霸）。此外，老师上课会有很多很多幻灯片，当然需要认真听，实在记不下来的课后的确可以去老师那复制文件，但是我认为：即时记笔记也是非常重要的。这就帮你加深了印象，比如说：我就在本子上零零碎碎记录了很多老师投影的连接词，这其实是为了加深记忆。

每节课老师会表扬一些同学，我认为胡老师把握的一些面试注意点还是很正确的，比如发言的结构，逻辑性，简洁性。以及学会倾听（虽然同学们口音有时候不易听懂，但是必须听出来！因为面试时候就是这样的状况，你听不懂别人有些蹩脚的英语就不能进行小组合作），学会合作这些本领在七天里如果注意会得到一些提升。

老师布置过很多基础性的作业：自我介绍（两个版本一个一面用，一个二面用）现在一面的自我介绍放宽到一分钟，老师们可以引起注意。对自己三个志愿的理由，了解都非常重要。当然重点准备第一志愿。关于自我介绍，这里要说一些，有些也是Piers老师的建议。首先

词语和语调要透露出热情，介绍自己的特长，兴趣爱好。对港大的热爱以及自己为什么适合这个专业之外，还有一点：你自己能为港大做什么？非常重要。因为大学肯定是需要你才会录取你，如果一味强调自己能从港大获得什么，就会显得偏狭。所以当我在面试时候提出：I hope by studying landscape,I can makeHK,this highly developed metropolis a much more well organized city.老教授听到这一句的时候会心一笑，而很多同学是想不到这个方面的。所以这个非常重要。当然对自己的贡献也要把握一个度，说得太大太空还不如不说。

此外，胡老师多次提到上HKU的网站，了解它的历史和理念(比如全人教育whole person education)，然后将它适当地结合到自己的回答中，是可以体现自己是真诚向往学校，了解学校历史的。

一些具体问题的准备，我觉得北外培训做得十分到位了，大家只要跟着老师一步一个脚印，踏踏实实，会很有效果的，就不再赘述。

高考成绩还没有出来，6月21日，我就收到了港大的面试邀请，时间为6月25日上午，地点在浙江大学。这是因为我是上次入围自主招生面试的考生，所以被安排在第一天上午进行首次面试，可见港大对我们的重视。为此建议学弟学妹，参加自主面的经历是很重要的，无论有没有加分，它毕竟可以为你高考后的面试赢得先机，让老师在新鲜感存在的时候满怀兴致地面试你。

这里我要说明的是，我对高考成绩真的很不满意，是三年中的中下水平，排在浙江省170名（文科），英语成绩也只有130分，出分后我很失望，对进港大几乎不抱太大希望，但是想到毕竟参加了培训，可能还能挽回一点，所以也就提起精神去面试了。事实应该证明了，北外的面试班真的帮了大忙，如果仅仅凭高考成绩，我几乎没有任何优势。20港大在招生说明中曾强调将加大面试的比重，后面发生的事说明港大确实很看重面试这个环节。面试开始之前有漫长的等待，我很不幸是上午的最后一组，但是第一天教授们兴致很高，我们上午组原定为12点结束，结果十二点过了一点，我才刚刚进去面试。分完组，不要闲着一个人发呆，可以趁此机会去认识一下同组的同学，互相了解一下英文名。因为一会儿面试时大家还需要一起讨论问题，如果互相连名字都不知道会为沟通增加很大的障碍。并且，群面其实就是一个大家一起演戏给教授看的过程，这个过程需要所有参与者一起配合。如果大家互相认识，没有什么隔阂，面试的气氛就会热闹许多，讨论也会显得更加深入和流畅，这会给面试官留下更好的印象。

首先说面试着装，由于我没有申请商科等课程，所以穿了一件有领子的T恤，中裤以及凉鞋就去了。

当然这里提出三点总体性建议：

（1）穿着整齐简洁，至少不可过于随便，视自己申报的学科，正式程度可稍稍不同。商院同学特别要注意。

（2）面试时保持镇定，适时地带有一定的面部表情，给人从容应对之感。

（3）妥善处理好与组员的关系，不要粗鲁地打断他人或是一味地附和，要在发表自己意见的同时还能顾及整组气氛的和谐（言语中要提及别人的观点，给予补充或礼貌地提出异议，显示出你听了别人的意见）。

由于我们组都是参加过一次面试的人，所以大家还算有些经验，也许潜意识里都想当领导者，我们组的话题是：经济发展与环境保护之间能否找到平衡？这个问题虽然容易猜到，但说起来真正不好回答。由于我并没有被叫去二面，所以一轮面就是我唯一的展示机会，我会进行细说。

首先，进入房间后即时和老师打招呼，面带笑容十分重要。进场时，做到自然大方。面试时事实上很随意，你可以做些笔记，表情不必太严肃也不要刻意微笑得很假，不要随便打断他

人。落座后保持自然姿态，不要显示明显的紧张动作，自我介绍开始，首先要认真听别人的演说，分析他的表现，也给自己鼓鼓劲。自我介绍的时候尽可能与每个同学，以及考官进行眼神交流。但侧重于同学进行眼神交流，毕竟他们是你接下来的合作对象。（小组讨论千万不要看老师太多眼！！！！看同学，忽略老师！！！）

自我介绍之后就进入了最重要的讨论环节，如果你没有想好，其实也不必一定要抢在第一个发言。稍微有一点头绪之后，第三第四个发言都不存在很大问题。这里有个非常重要的技巧就是对问题中的关键词下定义。我在面试时候第四个发言，当同学们一头扎下去开始讨论时，我却提出：首先我们应该定义几个关键词（！！！！）。One is the ecnomic development:means what what what.And protect thenature means what what what.So you can see,there is no significent conflict inthese two things.For eg.,we protect the nature so we can have a goodenviornment,we can develop tourism.This is a win-win mood.个人认为，下定义不但为讨论开了个好头明确了重点，还显示出你个人的逻辑思维分析能力，又使得自己有话可说。此外，大家不要有一种每个人对关键词的说法理解都一样，比如说：全球化条件下国际人才需要什么素质？这个问题，就有很多值得阐述。什么是全球化？大家组员对全球化的理解是否相近？

后来又有几个同学发言，但大家不是举出一些例如“温州模式”的具体例子，就是一味重复经济发展和环境保护能够达到平衡。这时候刚刚开始没多久的讨论似乎有种难以为继的感觉，我适时地推动了讨论的进程：Till now,I think we all reach an agreement that we can keep abalance between these two things.But in fact,just like the conference inCopenhagen,developing countries&developed country can not reach anagreement.It’s essence is that it is very hard for us to keep a balance in reallife,so what do you think about it?我在问这个问题的时候，目光对向了一个尚未发言的同学，她对我这一举动十分感激的同时，我相信也给面试老师留下了一个好的印象。并且这一个问题的提出某种程度上推动了进程，缓解了危机。因为之后同学们提出了方法：教育，国家之间的合作，发展科技等。

之后我再发言了一两次，讨论也就差不多结束了。

我时机不巧，没带手表，也不知道讨论时间是否将尽，所以没把握住总结机会。不过没有也不太要紧，同学们可以注意争取一下。

之后教授们很有兴致地主动提出让我们向他提问，很多人认为这个环节就是纯粹的放松，随便问什么都可以，但是正像我们胡金涛老师说过的：只要你没有走出面试房间，面试就没有结束。虽然我真的不知道这个环节到底会不会算分，但是面试毕竟是一个很主观的东西，一举一动都会有影响。

1.老师我能不能被录取？

2.老师我上次加分了这次怎么样？

3.老师请给我介绍一下某某系。

诸如此类问题，一体现不成熟，二体现不了解院校。可能还会有别的不太适合问的，大家心里有数就行。

1.老师，我申请的专业是园林景观设计，我对文学和地理等等也有兴趣，港大选课的自主性大吗？

2.我听说港大有HALL EDUCATION?请问教授是否意味着老师经常性加入社团活动？（体现对港大的了解，有舍堂教育。）

所以说了解校园网，校园简介等等都是很有用的。

然后要说的是，我没有被叫去二面。很多同学也就是一面就说清楚了，所以没进二面不需要

太紧张。最后走的时候，和老师纷纷说再见，把椅子复位，细节也重要。

走出试场，已过下午1点，我们小组整整耗时50多分钟，期间工作人员曾3次催促考官吃中饭。

年7月1日，我收到了港大发出的录取通知，专业为社会科学院的社会科学学士。

一：高考分数的重要性不言而喻。但是若要说高考分数会对港大录取产生决定性影响，恐怕只是说给各省市的状元和那些比一本线高不了几分的同学听的了。对于大部分同学（省第二名至几千名）来说，面试依然会对其录取与否产生重大影响。

港大应该确实是存在某种标准化的评分系统，此系统会综合考虑考生的高考分数（此分数会依据各省状元分数进行换算）和面试分数，最终给出一个分数进行全国排名，从而确定录取名单。而由于各省状元身份之特殊性，可能会给予直接录取，不在此评分系统之列。二：面试不是英语口试，主要是考察思维能力和小组合作能力。

三：面试时落落大方，进场出场都保持你一贯的习惯，你临场的表现自然就会比你平时显得更正式，更礼貌。

四：不管是小组里的领导型，工作型，发言条理，逻辑清楚，有合作精神等等都是最重要的。不一定非要当领导者。

六：如果自己没有听懂教授的问题，可以向教授提问，请他/她重复一遍。如果大家已经开始讨论了，那么请认真听其他同学的发言，你可以从他人的发言中大致听出问题是什么。千万不要在不明问题的情况下贸然发言，你很有可能会乱扯问题。

七：终极一点是：对待有些问题本来就不必持有绝对的观点。不要贸然判断对错好坏。面试时应该更多地采用从是什么为什么到怎么办的讨论顺序，一上来先明确一下问题的矛盾所在，并阐述一些自己的观点，然后讨论为什么会有这样的问题，最后分析如何很好地解决这样的问题。

面试经验谈（包含北大，港大，MIT夏令营和通用面试）作者：陈志华

很早就想写这个文章了，就是担心太急了会有些纰漏和误导，现在一切都结束了，就索性来个大，以下的内容主要来自个人经历和面试前的一些没用上的准备，一并列举如下，虽然不是每个面试都通过，但即使是失败的经历，大约也是有些参考价值的，希望对将要经历这些的朋友们有些帮助。

总论：首先肯定一点，面试最初的目的，就是测试一个人真实的素质的，这种素质是很难改变的，也没什么必要特地去改变，但毕竟只要是考试总会有方法，所以也就有了种种面试培训班，从个人角度来说，不认为有很大的意义，关键是在于一个思考的方式，再加上近年来面试主要倾向于讨论型的设计（相对于一对一），对于考生的反应能力有了一定的要求，所以建议平时多参加社会活动，这是最有效的帮助。

北大的自招面试采用无组织讨论的模式，每个人进去后先进行一段自我介绍，40秒左右为宜，突出自己特点，最好准备一下，但表达要自然。之后老师简单陈述规则，然后每个人都去抽签选择话题，每个人都不同，可以抽两次，但只能用最后一次的那个问题。

回到座位后，给纸笔，大约1分钟思考时间，建议这个时候抓紧写发言提纲，如果特别有信心可以不写但不要左顾右盼。一分钟后老师宣布讨论开始，大家自由发言，先陈述自己的问题和自己的见解，一般4分钟左右每人。等到全部陈述完后，会有短时间暂停，然后每个同学可以对自己或别人的发言进行补充，这个环节很关键，切忌急躁，发言顺序不是问题，主要是要有内容，不可太拖沓，言简意赅最好。这个环节大约有30分钟，一般会延长。结束后老师简要点评，可能会针对个别同学或问题提问，如果被点到，一定要回答，这个直接决定你的个人分。切忌吹牛，因为对个人经历老师会深究，如果被点穿会很尴尬的，交流中注意谦让，多有眼神交流，不要想这是面试，当做一个真的讨论最好。

如果遇到有人缺席，不必紧张，这是一个机会，人少则每个人的发言时间就多了，有利于表达清晰，当时我这组就少一个人，最后我们4个人是全部90+通过面试的（满分一百分，和笔试成绩相加后总分排序）。

注意事项：北大笔试总分500，分语文，数学，英文，物理，化学，各100，上海考生不用担心由于选课问题导致的和全国的劣势，毕竟是地区排名，面试满分一百分，三个老师打分取平均数，平均分高于95直接加分30，不考虑笔试成绩，平均分低于60直接淘汰。一般都不太出现这种情况的。一旦获得面试资格，只要参加面试，一定有加分5分可累加。通过面试且总分排序考前获得30分加分，线上折合10分，一般来说不可累加。

参考话题：

1.说说你对中国足球的看法。

2.你对网络实名制的看法。

3.你对世界和平的看法。

4.对书本的看法。

港大的面试为全英文，个别疑难词汇可以用中文，于北大不同的是，是随机分组（有可能是根据专业的一志愿分），而不是文理科分组，话题由老师给出，只有一个，多为社会热点，难度和北大类似，关键在于英语表达的问题，切忌拖沓，表达尽量口语化，不要刻意老用什么从句。开始有一段自我介绍，30秒以内，当时我是通过解说我英文名Bill的含义（勇敢者）来引发，感觉还可以，当然一般一点的也没有大影响。

讨论时间20分钟左右，对英语要求较高，多采用补充性发言是一个不错的办法，如果能引头成为leader当然更好。根据专业不同话题偏向性不同，文科类专业倾向于文化类。讨论结束后会有部分同学被选出进行个人面试，如果你进了，就很有希望了，个人面试主要针对专业提问，被面试者要表现出自己的信心，由于我没有参加过，所以很抱歉没有具体体会，只是听说最后老师会让你问他一个问题，建议事先准备一下。

注意事项：港大有三个专业志愿可以选择，第一志愿相当重要，虽然很多人会填经济，但建议如果不是对自己英文和高考成绩极有信心而且很了解这门课，最好不要这样填，很多考生说经济有发展前景，老师一问怎么看出来的就涉及什么赚大钱之类的，很容易被老师鄙视的。具体情况看个人选择了。

由于港大的自招这是第一年，和高招有重叠，我参加的是自招，所以加分信息不全。面试后会收到一张加分通知，是分专业加分，当时我是理学士和工学士各5分加分，不咋地，至于高招加分似乎不公开，直接通知是否录取和奖学金数目。

关于是否影响其他高校招生，从我的了解来说，一般不影响，如果不满意可以拒绝港大的条件，直接进入大陆的排序，没有影响，至于预录取，这个说法很多，官方也没有解释，这里就不妄加揣测以免误导了。

参考话题：

1.你对谷歌退出中国的看法？

2.你对中国贫富差距的看法？

3.对早恋的看法？

这是我所经历的面试里觉得最可怕的一个，相对群体也小，但写出来对需要的人也会有些用吧，其他面试也可以参考。

每年一届，赴MIT2个月进行科学夏令营，填报材料也很复杂，全称RESEARCH SCIENCE INSTITUTE（RSI），可以再谷歌上搜索一下官方主页，有详细信息，这里从略。面试是20人左右取2－3人，之前还有很高端的初审，面试全英文。提供材料后老师会对你所选择的科目提问，当时我选的是化学和生物，由于涉及大量专业词汇，回答相当吃力，建议英文到托福或雅思等级再去试，回答可以夹杂中文，但会影响打分，由于是专业性面试，问题即使是中文也不太好回答，所以要做好准备，在RSI主页上有资料提供，专业建议选择和自己特长接近的，最好有竞赛经历。

注意事项：

这个不是大学面试，所以可以说相当高端，英语要绝对好，专业素质也不能低。即使没有上，这也可以算是一个相当珍贵的人生经历。

通用面试：

如同前面所说，本文是给一个思路，而思路是广泛适用的，在这里就用几个例子来引入。

一般来说会回答XXX千米，然后说是用飞机航程来推算。

但如果没有想到这个呢？反应再快也是要时间的，要瞬间回答呢？

老师会自然的提问要求解释，你可以说一个想法，正因为我的一个想法，我才到这里，一般人不会这样想，但如果你想到了，你就是不一般的。剑走偏锋可以有很好的效果，但注意不是所有的问题都适用，给人感觉太油滑就不好了。

解法一：4个0分别阶乘，变成四个一，四个一累加然后阶乘，4！＝24

一般就到这里了，这是数学的思想，但注意题目里没有说一定用四则运算！

所以，有了瞒天过海的解法三：0000，当中加上“：”即00：00，不就是24点了？很巧妙的利用题目，但这个一般很难想到，看个人能力了。

如果你真的去说关系你就悲剧了，姚的答案是三角形里面可以套一个圆，外面可以接一个圆，但自己确实有角的。然后就论述生活吧，三角形所用到了，可以搁在一边了，总而言之就是先找到关系，然后用你熟悉的东西去解决问题。当然如果写什么生活中的三角关系（真有其人。。）那就比较窘了。。。

这些方法，一个两个人用是巧妙，很多人用就俗了，所以具体还是看情况来定，有时候最正常的回答反而是最好的回答，没必要每次都是走非主流路线。

总结：

说了这么多，最后再给几个细节的建议，首先，不论什么情况，都要保持良好的态度，不要傲慢或是自弃，这是面试不是吵架或是挨批，尽量表现自己就可以了。第二，不要简单的说不知道，即使你真的不知道。举个离子，如果老师问你尼龙－66是什么合成了，你不知道，但可以说“是C，H，O元素合成的”这个小小的幽默可以调解气氛，也为自己赢得了时间和机会，一个什么都不加的不知道会让老师很尴尬，对你没好处的。最后，注意坐姿，一个人的动作会透露一个人想法，这个可以看看Lie to me，总之不要让老师觉得你很紧张，放松就好。

大概也就这么多了，希望对大家有帮助，如果能帮忙分享一下让更多然看到，那更好了。毕竟我没有通过以上全部的面试，但希望这份东西，对于有志于表现出自己最好的一面的人，会有那么一些小帮助，我也很感激了。

我叫张xx，是工管1班的学生，今天，我竞选的是院社联办公室主任一职。怀着对大学生活的憧憬和热情，我跨进大学的殿堂之时便选择了社联，来锻炼自己、证明自己;可当我真正成为学生会的一分子，我对它的理解就不再局限于自我培养，更多的是对社联的认同感和归属感。伙伴们，是你们给了我机会融入社联这个大家庭，在这里我感到无比的幸运和温暖，在此，我由衷地感谢你们。

办公室，作为社联不可分割的一部分，基本的职能有保管办公室财物，收发整理资料，申请教室设备，做好各项活动后勤工作等，以保证社联各项工作的正常开展，而另一方面，办公室作为社联的纽带，也起到了强化各部门联系与协调的枢纽作用。作为办公室主任，不同于现在的小干事，更增加了一份责任和挑战，需要认真配合协调完成学生会办公室的各项工作，为此，我有以下几点设想：

一.自身建设

作为一名干部，首先要明确自己的责任，摆正自己的态度，以饱满的热情和积极的心态对待每一件事，做上传下达的工作。要及时有质量的做好老师和主席团布置的各项工作，并及时反馈：做好干事的组织发动的工作，及时有效完成各项工作。有什么意见或建议也要及时与上级沟通，勇于提出自己的看法，为社联的发展而努力。

二.团队建设

一座大厦不可能只由一根柱子来支撑。正所谓众人拾柴火焰高，一个人的能力是有限的，要想搞好一个组织，就得分工合作，结合团队的最大力量，进而更好的建设院社联办公室，从而使院社联得到更好的发展!首先，做好开学后纳新的宣传活动，吸引更多的人才加入，我会对新一届的干事进行思想教育，让他们明确自己的责任，摆正自己的工作态度，同时，也将自己的学习工作经验与他们分享，举办一些趣味丰富的活动，让他们尽快的融入到学生会温暖的大家庭来。其次，我希望采取小组负责制等方式，分工合作，让每一个干事都有机会参与到办公室的工作中，得到锻炼与提升。

三.加强部门间交流

正如之前所说，办公室作为学生会联系各部门的纽带，部门间交流沟通是必不可少的。除了采取部门联谊等方式，也可以与各部门负责人沟通，在适当的时候互相派干事到其他部门参与工作，这样，不仅能给干事更多锻炼的机会，也有利于部门沟通。几个部门也可以多举办一些活动，让大家有更多机会共同合作，相互了解。

四.规章制度

正所谓没有规矩，不成方圆。作为一个部门，规章制度是必要的，不是为了约束人，而是为了让大家在更加公平合理的环境中工作，如采取签到制度，每次重要会议等进行签到，作为以后优秀干事评比依据的一部分。

我明白，现在的自己仍有些不足，如经验不足，毕竟加入社联不久，有很多东西还需要学习、磨练，各方面的经验还得努力获取;办事不够主动，有时会有点小迷糊，但我相信，在学长学姐领导下，我一定会认真地做事，让自己不断成长，不断成熟。“驽马十驾，功在不舍”，在以后的工作中我会以一个全新的积极姿态投入工作，让自己“行动”起来!
